A brief history of Extractiva
1999: Extractiva was founded in 1999 as Mobious Solutions, Inc. to provide technology-based litigation support consulting services. At that time, vendors provided e-discovery services using a variety of ad-hoc tools.
The HardCopy Pro Plus product pioneered the concept of an integrated e-discovery solution - it was the very first commercially available e-discovery software in the world that vendors and corporations could actually purchase and use in-house.
2004: The company changed its name to Extractiva.
2009: PiranhaDox was designed to meet next generation e-discovery processing demands, with the requirement to put sophisticated e-discovery engines under an easy-to-use interface.
2012 and future: Extractiva continues to innovate new technologies and methods, responding to customer requirements and pioneering new tools to make e-discovery processing simpler, faster and more effective.
